The service
Lunatwin is an app that estimates where someone is in their menstrual cycle from the dates you enter. It can be used by someone following their own cycle, or by a partner who wants to support them, and two accounts can be connected so they share the same cycle. Not medical advice, not contraception
Lunatwin gives general information based on averages. It is not medical advice, it cannot diagnose anything, and it must not be used as contraception or to plan or avoid pregnancy. Every body is different. If she has strong symptoms, she should talk to a doctor.
Use it with respect
Lunatwin is made for care, not control. If you follow your partner’s cycle, tell her you use it. Only share invitations and partner links with your partner. Don't use Lunatwin to monitor, control or pressure anyone.
Lunatwin+ subscriptions
- Lunatwin+ is available as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown before you pay.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Manage subscription, and you keep Lunatwin+ until the end of the period you have paid for.
- If a free trial is offered (currently 3 days on the yearly plan for first-time subscribers), you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
- Lunatwin+ covers both accounts in a connected pair. If you disconnect, Lunatwin+ stays with the account that pays.
- Payments are processed by Stripe.
Right of withdrawal and refunds
Lunatwin+ starts immediately when you subscribe. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the purchase; by starting to use Lunatwin+ during that period you accept that we may deduct a proportional amount for the time you have had access. Contact us within 14 days and we will sort it out. Beyond this, refunds are given where the law requires it.
Your account
Keep access to your email safe, since it is how you sign in. You can delete your account at any time in the app.
Liability
We work to keep Lunatwin available and correct, but it is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made based on the app's estimates.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will tell you in the app before important changes take effect. These terms are governed by Norwegian law, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
